HIGH TEMP BELTS
Belting Industries offers products that will work well in temperatures as high as 550 degrees F. Our standard high temperature belt is the BIC 1600, a wrapped two or three ply silicone rubber on glass fabric constuction. Other materials that may be used include high temperature resistant fibers such as KevlarÆ and NomexÆ aramid. Because they are non-standard, these materials require additional lead time for sampling and may require engineering charges.
