DESCRIPTION

The BIC 100 has a thin carcass and high degree of flexibility.
It is designed for small pulleys in light duty and high speed applications.
The single ply construction combined with high tensile properties enables this belt to handle high surface speeds on minimum pulley diameters.

Belting Industries belts are constructed with two basic components: woven endless tubular fabric and a saturant. Saturants are neoprene, urethane, EPDM, nitriles, silicone, hypalon or many others. The tubular fabric will determine if the belt will be stable (for adjustable pulleys) or semi-elastic (for fixed pulleys). The above saturants give you the flexibility to select the desired end properties in a finished belt. Each style of belting can have an impression from smooth to heavy, to give it the required co-efficient of friction for your required application.
