DESCRIPTION

The BIC 1200 is a special woven endless belt designed to resist edgewear.
This belt is ideal for use in sets, or on fixed center drives.
Belts should be run in sets only where center adjustment is available.

Belting Industries belts are constructed with two basic components: woven endless tubular fabric and a saturant. Saturants are neoprene, urethane, EPDM, nitriles, silicone, hypalon or many others. The tubular fabric will determine if the belt will be stable (for adjustable pulleys) or semi-elastic (for fixed pulleys). The above saturants give you the flexibility to select the desired end properties in a finished belt. Each style of belting can have an impression from smooth to heavy, to give it the required co-efficient of friction for your required application.
