How long does it take to manufacture the belts?

If the product on the website is out of stock, the typical lead times for Diebold belts are 3-4 days, but depending on the higher quantity this could vary. Restock on website refreshes weekly.

Returns & Refunds

What is Belting Industries' return policy?

We hope you are pleased with your order. Unfortunately you are unable to exchange or return any items as all of our belts are custom made to your specific belting needs/design. If you think your belt is out of spec, you can request to receive an RGA for an analysis on the particular belt to see if it is within spec.

Special cases may take place, such as of the goods are returned due to an error made by Belting Industries Group or if the goods are defective or damaged in transit.
